PLEASE NOTE: Lease, security deposit and application are required. App fee is $40 and if approved will be deducted from security deposit, equal to 1 mo. rent, which is required to hold property. Rent begins day keys are received and can be prorated daily till due date.
Pets are allowed with a pet deposit of 1/2 rental amount for 1st pet, $200 per additional pet and we will take payments on pet portion of deposit if needed.
